Doris Jean Lineberry age 60 of Independence, Virginia passed away Saturday January 23,2021 at her home.

Doris was born in Grayson County, Virginia on March 15, 1960 to Paul and Ossie Hodge Ward.

She is survived by her husband Larry Lineberry; daughter and fiance' Patricia Bowen and Mark Martin; son and fiancée" Anthony Bobbitt and Jessica McLain; son and daughter-in-law Robin and Erica Bobbitt all of Independence, Virginia; sisters and brother-in-law Judy and James Wilson of Independence, Virginia; Wanda Osborne of Galax, Virginia; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special sisters-in-law Gail Ward and Janet Freeman.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery with Pastor David Osborne officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Mask and social distancing will be required at the graveside service.
