Donnie Ray Pearman age 54 of Galax, Va. passed away Thursday night in Twin County Regional Hospital. Mr. Pearman was born on January 22, 1953 in Grayson County, Va. to Kermit & Phyllis Farmer Pearman. In addition to his father of Galax, Va., Donnie is survived by his wife Betty Pearman of Galax, Va.; daughters & son-in-law Linda Sue Pearman of Galax, Va.; Christine & Jason Ring of Thomasville, N.C.; Renee Lynn Pearman of Hillsville, Va.; sister & brother-in-law Barbara & Jerry Carico; brother & sister-in-law Michael & Judy Pearman all of Galax, Va.; three grandchildren; several nieces & nephews also survive. The funeral service will be held Sunday, August 19, 2007 at 2:00 PM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Michael Senter and Rev. Wayne Marion officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
