Donna Young's Obituary
Donna Young age 62 of Fries, Virginia passed away Friday, January 28, 2011 in the Kindred Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Donna was born in West Virginia on September 21, 1948 to the late Walter and Mae Eddy Osburn.
She is survived by her husband William "Turk" Young of Fries, Virginia; daughters and son-in-law Carrie Buckley and Darnell Young of Fries, Virginia; Sherry Allen of Alabama; sons and daughter-in-law Friel and Dot Allen of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; James Allen and David Buckley of North Carolina; step-daughter Dondea Young of Galax, Virginia; step-son and wife Stephen and Karen Young of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; brother and sister-in-law Jerald Wayne and Judy Osburn of Dobson, North Carolina; sister-in-law Lillian Young of Fries, Virginia; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Monday, January 31, 2011 at 1:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Larry Cutler and Clarence Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Oldtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
