Donald Ray Marshall II age 53 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday November 27, 2022 at his home.

Donald was born in Galax, Virginia on May 13, 1969 to Donald Ray Marshall I and Kathy Burnette Marshall.

In addition to his mother Kathy Burnette Money, Donald is survived by his wife Rose Cockerham Marshall of Galax, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Richard and Desiree Leonard of Kansas; Donald Marshall III; Christopher and Isabella Marshall; Aaron Marshall; sister Stephanie Hines all of Galax, Virginia; nine grandchildren Josie Leonard; Kayla Leonard; Audrie Leonard; Brandon Leonard; Alexis Leonard; Richard Bentley; Anthony Ray; Everly (Tinkerbell) Marshall; Christopher (Lil Man) Marshall; one great-granddaughter Adalyn Leonard; several nieces and nephews; special friend and brother Bobby Brooks.

The funeral service will be held Thursday at 3:00 PM in the Hebron Church of Christ with Samuel Burnette; Billy Burnette and Kermit Cockerham officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lineberry Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Hebron Church of Christ.
