Donald Lee Lundy age 72 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday, September 17, 2018 in the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Donald was born in Williamsburg, Virginia on April 16,1946 to Ralph Dale and Vera Conley Lundy. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter Jenny Lundy.

Donald proudly served his country in the US Air Force.

He is survived by his wife Judy Edwards Lundy of Galax, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Shawn and April Lundy of Galax, Virginia; Bart and Suzanne Lundy of Charlotte, North Carolina; seven grandchildren Connor Lundy, Keely Lundy, Ian Lundy, Kellen Lundy, Alec Lundy, William Lundy (Liam), Grace Rybarik, brothers and sister-in-law Ralph Dale Lundy, Jr. and Elizabeth of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; Andy Lundy of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
