Diana Burcham Delp's Obituary
Diana Burcham Delp age 73 of Powhatan, Virginia passed away Friday, June 16, 2017.
Mrs. Delp was born on May 6, 1944 in Galax, Virginia the Pipers Gap Community to Robert McClellen and Rausy Priscilla Burcham. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll D. Delp.
Mrs. Delp is survived by her son, William Delp of Chesterfield, Virginia; sisters Norma Easter of Midlothian, Virginia; Alma Vaughan of Galax, Virginia; brothers Archie Burcham of Galax, Virginia and Buford Burcham of North Carolina; one grandchild, Fiori Delp and several nieces and nephews.
Diana loved her family and the Blue Ridge Mountains and retired from Dominion VA Power after 35 years of service.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Cranberry in Carroll County, Virginia. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
