Dennis Carlie Johnson age 55 of Fries, Virginia passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2014.
Dennis was born in Grayson County, Virginia on February 3, 1958 to Noah Hershell and Mary Lou Pugh Johnson.
He is survived by his wife Darlene Johnson of Fries, Virginia; daughter and son-in-law Chrystal and Allen Faulkner of Galax, Virginia; sons Phillip Norman and Robbie Johnson both of Fries, Virginia; brothers and sisters-in-law Mack and Betty Johnson of Pulaski, Virginia; Warren and Joann Johnson of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, February 2, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Matt Linkous and the Rev. J.C. Tolley officiating. Burial will follow in the River Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
