DeLores "Dee" Dotson Lineberry, age 77, of Galax, VA died at her home Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016.

Mrs. Lineberry was born May 8, 1939 in Galax, VA to William L Dotson, Sr, and Jewel Leftwich Dotson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lundy Lineberry, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

She is survived by one son & daughter-in-law, Tommy and Lou Ann Lineberry, Galax, VA,; daughters & sons-in-law, Patti & Jeff Holderfield and Cathy & Gene Sizemore, all of Galax, VA; grandchildren, Justin & Micheal Lineberry, Austin & Elizabeth Lineberry, Andrea Gilley, Jay & Suzanne Holderfield, Laura & Ray Edmonds, Jacob Holderfield, Chris & Catherine Sizemore, Chase Sizemore; great-grandchildren, Noah, Wyatt, Will, and Emmett Lineberry, Kate Ann & Tessa Jade Holderfield; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Dotson, Galax, VA; Aunt, Carolyn Morrow; brother-in-law and wife, Chris & Teresa Lineberry.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, Aug, 7, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel, Galax. Burial will follow in the Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Sunday at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. Officiating ministers will be Pastor Sam Bartlett and Pastor Ronnie Collins.
