Debra Darlene Alderman, age 54, of Galax, VA died Saturday, March 9, 2013 at her home.
Debra was born June 3, 1958 in Galax, Virginia to Frank & Lois Vaughan Alderman.
She was preceded in death by her father and is survived by her mother, Lois Vaughan Alderman, Galax, VA; fiance', Michael Ray Marshall, Galax, VA; son & daughter-in-law, Steven Dale & Shawn McCarty Wright, Roanoke, VA; granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Wright; Sister & brother-in-law, Dreama Ann & Allen Bedsaul, Galax, VA; nieces & spouses, Misti & Jamie Brewer, Galax, VA, Jennifer & Chris Holderfield, Galax, VA; nephews & spouses, Chris & Valerie Donithan and Adam & Shelia Lineberry.
A memorial service will be held Monday, March 11, 2013 at 7:30 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home Chapel, Galax, VA. Officiating minister will be Pastor Donna Goodwin. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan Guynn Funeral Home.
