Deborah Sue Kirby age 49 of Galax, Va. passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2007 in North Carolina Baptist Hospital. Deborah was born in Carroll County, Va. on March 16, 1957 to Robert A. & Thelma Hill Hamm. In addition to her mother of Galax, Va. she is survived by her fiance' Tim Wright of Galax, Va.; daughter & son-in-law Sonya & Robbie Carrico of Fries, Va.; brothers & sisters-in-law Jacky & Sherry Hamm of Hillsville, Va.; Gary & Debbie Hamm of North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Greg & Darlene Hamm of Galax, Va.; David Hamm & fiancee' Paula Diamond of Galax, Va.; four grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 3:30 PM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Rodney Christman and Rev. Bill Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
