David Webster Spraker's Obituary
David Webster Spraker age 84 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday evening, July 13, 2011 in the Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C.
Mr. Spraker was born in Galax, Virginia on April 22, 1927 to Harry P. and Callie Beasley Spraker.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years Rexene Davis Spraker; son and daughter-in-law Tim and Rhonda Spraker all of Galax, Virginia; two grandsons David Andrew Spraker and Derek Paul Spraker; niece and husband, Judy and Jerry Wolford; two great nephews, John and Jack Wolford;brother-in-law: Joe J. Davis and his sons, Kelly and Joey; and his daugher, Melissa. Five great great nephews also survive.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, July 17, 2011 at 2:30 PM in the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Richard Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until service time at the First United Methodist Church.
