Dakota Ken Donithan age 29 of Rural Hall, North Carolina passed away Tuesday August 15, 2023 at his home.

Dakota was born in Galax, Virginia on August 26, 1993 to David Lee and Nona Faye Carpenter Donithan.

He is survived by his mother Nona Carpenter Donithan of Galax, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Tessa Lynn & Ray Briggs of Galax, Virginia; brothers and sisters-in-law Christopher Lee and Krystal Donithan of Hillsville, Virginia; Daniel Wayne and Lauren Donithan of Montana; Derek Conley Donithan of Radford, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1:00 PM in the Cliffview Church of God with Pastor Jackie Poe officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11:00 AM until time for the funeral service at the Cliffview Church of God.
