Daisy Litteral Sharp's Obituary
Daisy Litteral Sharp age 89 of Fries, Virginia passed away Monday, January 25, 2010 at Waddell Nursing Home.
Mrs. Sharp was born on August 22, 1920 in Carroll County, Va. to Lilburn & Verna Williams Litteral. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Buford Sharp.
Mrs. Sharp was employed by the Grayson County School System for 30 years as a teacher.
She is survived by her son David Alan Sharp of Fries, Va.; brothers-in-law & spouse Kent Sharp of Pulaski, Va.; Marler & Jean Sharp of Galax, Va.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 11:00 am in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Lee Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
