Crystal Dianne Proctor age 41 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at her home.
Crystal was born in Galax, Virginia on June 28, 1971 to James Henry Kinzer and Wilma Jean Kyle.
She is survived by her son Shawnterian Sales of Galax, Virginia; mother and step-father Wilma Jean and Alan L. Kyle of Galax, Virginia; step-son Lamont Pierson of Galax, Virginia; ex-husband David Proctor of Independence, Virginia; sisters Hope Jordon and Bridget Holiday both of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; brother Bradford Slater of Galax, Virginia; special aunts Lydia Campbell, Belaine Gilliard, Phyllis Johnson and Mae Wise; special uncle Arthur Lee Kyle; several nieces and nephews; special friend Melissa Cottrell; very special friend Harold Vernon.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Evangelist Clarissa Proctor, Rev. Richard Fitzgerald, Evangelist Carolyn Fitzgerald and Evangelist Gloria Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Oldtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the funeral home.
