Crilda Lee Jones age 79 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at the Galax Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Jones was born in Carroll County, Virginia on April 23, 1939 to Lee and Annie Adkins Eastridge. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas McKinley Jones, son Thomas Randy Jones, grandson Ethan Jones and a sister Rilda Phillips.

She is survived by a daughter Priscilla Williams; sons and daughters-in-law Terry and Tamara Jones; Mark and Joyce Jones; Robert and Sandy Jones; Freddie and Linda Jones; daughter-in-law Kathy Jones all of Galax , Virginia; sisters and brother-in-law Milda and Buford Bowers; Hilda Bowers Lineberry all of Woodlawn, Virginia; Tilda Phillips of Cana, Virginia; brother Rufus Eastridge of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren and spouse Michael and Stacie Burnette; Samantha Daniels; Matthew Jones; Autumn Jones; Jared Jones all of Galax, Virginia; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Galax Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Theron Phillips, the Rev. Ron Fredericks and the Rev. Jeff  Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from seven until nine at the Galax Pentecostal Holiness Church.
