Cora Emaline Linville's Obituary
Cora Emaline Frost Linville age 84 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday May 14, 2012 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Linville was born on September 19, 1927 in Carroll County, Virginia to Lemuel and Betty Brewer Frost. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Linville and a son Calvin Linville.
She is survived by her children and their spouses Gene Linville; Barbara and Vance Linebery all of Galax, Virginia; Linda and Ikey Jones of Fries, Virginia; Esther Carico and Ronnie Hodge; Betty and Marvin Beasley; Jimmy Linville all of Galax, Virginia; Norma and Mike Brown of Graham, North Carolina; Kathy Thomas and Stacy Dalton all of Galax, Virginia; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held Thursday May 17, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Galax Church of God of Prophecy with Pastor Titus Anderson and Rev. Jerry Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at the Galax Church of God of Prophecy.
