Connie Lee Liddle age 46 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Connie was born in Maryland on July 28, 1964 to Gary David and Robin Brooner Heffner.
She is survived by her husband Douglas Lee Liddle of Galax, Virginia; daughter Jodi Nicole Shaffer; son Joseph Lee Shaffer both of Fries, Virginia; granddaughter Kaylee Mae Singleton; mother Robin Lee Hendrickson of North East, Maryland; sisters and brothers-in-law Leslie and William Lucas; Christine and Thomas Hayden all of Colora, Maryland; brothers Gary David Heffner, Jr. of North East, Maryland; James Smeltzer of Perryville, Maryland; Joseph Graybeal; Daniel Graybeal and Frankie Graybeal; step-mother Lavern Heffner; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Greg Goodson officiating. Burial will follow in the Atkins Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from one until service time at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
