Connie Lynn Hawks, age 76, of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday November 19, 2021 in Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, North Carolina.

Connie was born September 24, 1945 in Galax, Virginia to the late Ernest Padgett and Ella Pat Thore.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Donna and Barry Eastridge of Galax; granddaughter and her spouse Tara and Robert Jolly; brothers and sister-in-law Kenneth and Anita Padgett of Galax, and Barthel Padgett and Dana Bobbitt of Galax. Also surviving is her nephew and his spouse Jeffrey and Leah Padgett; great-nephew Jhad Padgett; and special friend Joella Caldwell.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday November 24, 2021 at 3PM in Snow Hill Cemetery with Pastor Eddie Stanley officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation.
