Clara Alice Atwood's Obituary
Clara Alice Atwood, 79, of Independence, VA and formerly of Galax, passed away Saturday Morning (November 24) in the Grayson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Independence. She was born July 10, 1928 in Grayson County to James Allen Hash and Bessie Ann Fielder Hash.
She is survived by her four children and their spouses: Junior Lee Wingate and Susan of Sandwich, Illinois; Brenda Ward & James of Woodlawn, VA; Edward Allen Wingate & Wanda of Galax; and Debbie Parsons of Baywood. Eleven grandchildren also survive.
A graveside service will be held Sunday November 25, 2007 at the Monta Vista Cemetery at 2:00 PM with the Rev.Ron Hill officiating.
