Christine Bobbitt Sells age 91 of Odessa, Florida and formerly of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019 at her home.

Mrs. Sells was born in Carroll County, Virginia on February 13, 1928 to James Green and Cynthia Tilson Bobbitt. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rudy M. Sells and a daughter Ann R. Sells.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Susan Austin Cort and Barry of Odessa, Florida; one granddaughter Lindsey Austin of Tampa, Florida; several nieces and nephews.

The service will be held Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church in Galax with the Rev. Richard Gregory officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 AM until time for the service at the First United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
