Charles Wayne Liddle age 71 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 at his home.

Charles was born in Galax, Virginia on June 30, 1947 to Paul Liddle, Sr. and Rose Reeves Liddle. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Paul Liddle, Jr.

He is survived by his children and spouses Barry Wayne and Michelle Liddle; Douglas Lee and fiancé Jennifer Renae Carico all of Galax, Virginia; Tammy Lynn and John Utt of Hillsville, Virginia; ten grandchildren Pamela Bond; Kelly Liddle; David Liddle; Jasmine Liddle; Lee Liddle; all of Galax, Virginia; Julie Liddle of Woodlawn, Virginia; Hope Gaynor; Timber Mundy; Taelynn Mundy and Karmyn Utt all of Hillsville, Virginia; five great-grandchildren Eli Smith; Audrey Smith; Dorian Bond;  Charlie Conner and Brylee Rowlett; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Randy Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in the Gladeville United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, July 30 ^th from 10:00 AM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
