Charles William Bobbitt, better known as Bill, 61, passed away Friday at the Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax. Mr. Bobbitt was born February 17, 1946 to John Morton Bobbitt & Clara Roberts Bobbitt in Carroll County, VA.

He is survived by his mother, Clara Roberts Bobbitt of Galax, two sisters and brothers-in-law: Sharon & Horace Leonard Jr. of Fries and Judy & Franklin Liddle of Galax; special friends Delphia Frazier and Bill & Lucy Cox along with several nieces & nephews. Three children Karen, Rhonda & Steven as well as two grandchildren also survive.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 until 8 at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. The service will be Sunday, August 12, 2007 at 3:00 PM at the Woodlawn Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Harvey Carico officiating. Interment will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery.
