Carolyn Jane Boyer Peddy age 54 of Galax, Va. passed away Monday January 8, 2007 in Twin County Regional Hospital. She was born on May 12, 1952 in Galax, Va. to the late Kemper R. & Betty Jane Franklin Boyer. She is survived by her husband Tom Peddy; daughter Jaime Peddy; son Andrew Peddy all of Galax, Va.; sister & brother-in-law Elaine & Jerry Gill of Christiansburg, Va.; brothers & sisters-in-law Steve & Debbie Boyer; Bill & Rene' Boyer all of Bedford, Va.; mother-in-law Betty Peddy Parrish of Galax, Va.; special aunt Cora Lee Burris; nine nieces & nephews; three great nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Thursday January 11, 2007 at 2:00 PM in First United Methodist Church with Rev. Walt Simmerman & Rev. Jeff Bedwell officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
