Carolyn Elliott Hamm age 70 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Carolyn was born in Wythe County, Virginia on January 3, 1953 to Otho Wayne and Dorothy Annabelle Crouse Elliott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded  in death by a brother Bobby Wayne Elliott.

She is survived by her husband Ronnie Dale Hamm of Woodlawn, Virginia; sisters and  brothers-in-law Sharon and Randall Carico of Galax, Virginia; Patricia Elliott of Hillsville, Virginia; Sheila and Mike Perry of Fries, Virginia;  brothers and sisters-in-law Jack and Carolyn Elliott of Walkertown, North Carolina; Terry and Jennifer Elliott of Galax, Virginia; sister-in-law Brenda Diamond  of Galax, Virginia; brother-in-law and wife Eddie and Patricia Adams of Galax, Virginia; God-Daughter Ashley McFalls of Sevierville, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; several God-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Thursday at 12:30 PM in the Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
