Carolyn Ruth Blevins' Obituary
Carolyn Ruth Bryant Blevins age 75 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Blevins was born in Galax, Virginia on November 21, 1940 to George Elmer and Hattie Ruth Cox Bryant. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rex Blevins and brother and sister-in-law Kenneth and Wanda Bryant.
She is survived by a daughter Amanda Blevins Leonard of Galax, Virginia; sons and daughter-in-law Maurye Blevins of Galax, Virginia; Monte and Angie Blevins Fries, Virginia; three grandchildren Tilden Leonard; Bryant Leonard and Joshua Blevins; brother and sister-in-law Dennis and Angela Bryant of Galax, Virginia.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Snow Hill Baptist Church with the Pastor Ernie Smith and Pastor Mike Wells officiating. Burial will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Snow Hill Baptist Church.
