Carol Jean Worrell age 54 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at her home.
Carol was born in Galax, Virginia on November 20, 1960 to Grant and Maggie Lou Bowers Mabe. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband David Worrell.
She is survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law Kenneth and Cathy Mabe of Ennice, North Carolina; Billy and Regina Mabe of Galax, Virginia and James Mabe of Woodlawn, Virginia; father-in-law and mother-in-law Bud and Wilma Worrell of Woodlawn, Virginia; several nieces and nephews; special friends Sandra Shaw; Debbie Stuart; Anita Roberts and Angela Crockett.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Melton Cemetery with Billy Burnette officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
