Bulah L. Sexton Kenny age 85 of Galax, Va. passed away Friday, October 3,2008 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Kenny was born on November 28, 1922 in Carroll County, Va. to Claude & Lottie Duncan Sexton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John H. Kenny and an infant son Carol Dean Kenny. She is survived by her daughter Mary Ann Stump of Pinnacle, N.C.; sons & daughters-in-law John & Barbara Kenny; William (Billy) & Grace Kenny all of Galax, Va.; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister-in-law Margie Sexton of Galax, Va.; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Monday, October 6,2008 at 2:00 pm in Galax Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Ron Fredericks and Rev. Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in Gladeville United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from six until eight at Galax Pentecostal Holiness Church.
