Buddy Gene Long age 54 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday February 9, 2022 in Ivanhoe, Virginia.

Buddy was born in Galax, Virginia on November 24, 1967 to Bobby Gene and Ellen Hodges Long. In addition to his parents Bobby Gene and Ellen Hodges Long Robinson, he was preceded in death by his son Bradley Gene Long; step-father Dean Robinson; maternal grandparents Walt and Hazel Hodge and a cousin Scottie Jo Willard.

He is survived by his daughters Abbi Wright, Avri Criner; sons and daughters-in-law Justin and Kayla Long; Jon and Nikki Long; sisters and brothers-in-law Charlotte and Mike Hampton; Lisa and Wayne Lineberry; brothers and sister -in-law Charlie and Bobbie Robinson; Kevin Robinson all of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren Earon, Wyatt and Dalton Long, Aidan, Easton and Walker Long; special friend Clara Rossini all of Galax, Virginia.

There will be no services held for Buddy at this time.
