Bryan Jody Lowe age 64 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the North Carolina Baptist Hospital.

Bryan was born in Galax, Virginia on September 16, 1953 to Warren Whitt and Wanda Pierce Lowe. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Robin Lowe.

He is survived by his wife Kathy Alderman Lowe of Galax, Virginia; son Justin Whitt Lowe Gilbert; daughter and son-in-law Crystal and Andy Roberts of Meadows of Dan, Virginia; grandchildren and spouses Kirkland and Amy Nester; Caleb Nester; Kaityln and Bradley Nester; great-grandchild Connor Nester.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Minister Mabel Bryson officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 PM until time for the service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
