Brenda Lee Tucker Hughes age 71 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 at her home.
Brenda was born in Galax, Virginia on October 29, 1944 in Galax, Virginia to James M. and Edna Reeves Tucker.
She is survived by two daughters Jocelyn Tucker and Dionne Tucker both of Galax, Virginia; son Reginald Tucker of Galax, Virginia; sisters Hilda Tucker and Regina Tucker both of Galax, Virginia; brothers and sister-in-law James V. and Nancy Jo Tucker of Sparta, North Carolina; George M. Tucker of Galax, Virginia; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Mt. Zion Holiness Church with Evangelist Gloria Richardson and Apostle Pafalene Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Oldtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Holiness Church.
