Brenda Marie Thompson's Obituary
Brenda Marie Thompson age 72 of Lexington, North Carolina passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at her home.
Brenda was born in Carroll County, Virginia on January 10, 1947 to Charlie and Dulcie Spicer Oakley.
She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law Steven (Randy) Wilson of Lexington, North Carolina; Clyde (Patrick) and Anita Wilson of Elk Creek, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Joe and Linda Oakley of Galax, Virginia; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastor Richard Fitzgerald officiating. Burial will follow in the Edmonds Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
