Brenda Jacqueline Goodson Sexton better known as Jackie Sexton age 67 of Hillsville, Virginia passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 in the Forsyth Medical Center Specialty Select Hospital.

Jackie was born on June 13, 1947 In Mt. Airy, North Carolina to Johnny and Mabel Goodson.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Sylvia and Christopher Frost of Galax, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Timothy Michael and Vickie Sexton of Galax, Virginia; Jeffery Thomas and Lori Sexton of Woodlawn, Virginia; Randall and Pam Sexton of Leesburg, Georgia; Joshua Sexton and special friend Rebecca Woods of Wytheville, Virginia; sister Barbara Jean Sizemore of Galax, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Jimmy and Jane Goodson of Kernersville, North Carolina; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special friends Elizabeth Hill and Bill Jenkins; special pets-her boys Little Bit and Magnum.

A graveside service will be held Friday April 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Camp Zion Cemetery with Pastor Kenneth D. Poston officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday night from six until nine at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
