Brady Foley Bryant passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025 in the Grayson Nursing and Rehab Center.

Brady was born in Carroll County, Virginia on June 6, 1953 to Corbet Lester and Iris Velma Spencer Bryant. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Andra Stapleton.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Carico Bryant of Galax, Virginia; daughter Kara Newman of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; step-sons and spouses Charles and Kim Galyean; Dereck and Vanessa Galyean all of Galax, Virginia; sisters Candy Bryant of Hillsville, Virginia; Cookie Murray of Lambsburg, Virginia; brother Donald Bryant of Lambsburg, Virginia; four grandchildren Brandon Cain; Cory Cain; Liam Galyean and ;Tori Galyean; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM in the Bible Baptist Church with Barry Newman and Skyler Lawson officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
