Bobby Dean Dixon age 74 of Fries, Virginia passed away Monday, December 29, 2025 in the North Carolina Baptist Hospital.

Bobby was born in Grayson County, Virginia on August 31, 1951 to Earl Bob and Bertha Mae Trimble Dixon.

He is survived by his wife Gleasanna Dixon; son and daughter-in-law Timothy and Minda Dixon; daughter and son-in-law Miranda and Kenneth Holdaway all of Fries, Virginia; three grandchildren Mason; Xander and Bella; sisters and brothers-in-law Patricia and Dennis Hall of Galax, Virginia; Teresa and Billy Tompkins of Ennice, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday at 1:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastor Mike Sage officiating. Burial will follow in the Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
