Blenda Shawn Mallory Bilbrey age 64 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Blenda was born in Grayson County, Virginia on August 28, 1955. In addition to her father Fred Mallory and mother Violet Shaffner Akers she was preceded in death by her children Beth Price and Travis Kelly.

She is survived by her husband Garold Bilbrey of Galax, Virginia; step-children and spouses Dakota and Amanda Bilbrey of Charlottesville, Virginia; Tammy and Brad Henderson of Indiana; Randall and Gene Bilbrey of Norfolk, Virginia; sister and her fiance' Glenda Mastin and Dickie Hicks of Fries, Virginia; grandchildren Jafon Hairston; Mikhailey Bilbrey; Levi Bilbrey; Travis & Jessi Cregger; Kindra & Chris Collins;  great-grandchildren Olivia, Braxton, Aubrie, Hazel and Raelynn.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Atkins Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Rodney Christman officiating.
