Billy Dean Widner age 75 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday September 20, 2022 at his home.

Billy was born in North Carolina on November 20, 1946 to Acey and Minnie Murray Widner.

He is survived by his wife Elaine Widner; son Jason Widner both of Galax, Virginia; two grandchildren Kassie Widner and Jacy Widner; sisters and brother-in-law Bonnie Elliott of Fries, Virginia; Wanda and Jr. Eads of Winston-Salem North Carolina; Betty and Larry Draper of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service may be held at a later date. The family respectfully request in lieu of flowers donations be made to God's Pit Crew, 2499 North Main Street, Danville, Virginia 24540.
