Billy Richard Goins, Jr. age 45 of Hyattsville, Maryland passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013 in the George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC.
Billy was born in Galax, Virginia on October 10, 1967 to Billy Goins, Sr. and Mary Young Goins.
In addition to his father Billy Goins of Galax, Virginia he is survived by a brother Gregory Allen Goins of Galax, Virginia and a nephew Caleb Blevins.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Gloria Richardson and Barry Early officiating. Burial will follow in the Oldtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 noon until time for the funeral service at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
