Billie Doris Ford, 77, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, in the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.  Mrs. Ford was born August  20, 1944 in Pikeville Kentucky to the late John and Emilee Huffman Hall.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded   in death by infant daughter Denita Ford and brother Robert Huffman.

Mrs. Ford is survived by her husband James Ford, two daughters and son-in-law:  Debbie Shaffer, Dodi Sexton and Randy all of Galax; sons and daughter-in-law: Jamie Ford; Steven and Courtney Ford all of Galax.  Seven Grandchildren and spouses Michael Shaffer and Catherine,  Jennifer Shaffer, Brandy Phipps and Justin,  Heather Sexton, Kendra Ford, Tyson Ford and Dominic Ford also survive along with eight (8) great grandchildren.

The funeral service for family and friends will be held Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 12:00 Noon in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Jimmy Canup officiating.  Interment will follow in  Felts Memorial Cemetery.
