Beulah Rose Jones' Obituary
Beulah Rose Fayne Jones age 82 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday, February 5, 2011 in the Waddell Nursing Home.
Mrs. Jones was born in Carroll County, Virginia on February 20, 1928 to Roy and Myrtle Wilson Fayne. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Joyce Parrish and a brother Harold Fayne.
She is survived by her husband Clayton Jones of Galax, Virginia; daughters and sons-in-law Linda and Tim Fanney of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Barbara and J.P. Laprad of Peabody, Kansas; Debbie and Terry Hampton of Fries, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law John and Sara Jones of Christiansburg, Virginia; brother Harless Fayne of Galax, Virginia; sister-in-law Imogene Fayne of Kannapolis, North Carolina; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 11:00 in the Bishops Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Jimmy Harmon officiating. The body will lie-in-state one hour prior the funeral service. Burial will follow in the Popes Knob Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
