Betty Ruth Carter Kyle age 72 of Pulaski, Va. passed away Friday, October 5,2007 at her home. Mrs. Kyle was born in Grayson County, Va. on April 15,1935 to Charlie & Massie Edward Carter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Elijah Carter, Charlie Williams Carter and Abraham Carter. She is survived by her husband Sam Kyle; sons Steven Kyle, Charles Kyle and Brian Kyle all of Pulaski, Va.; one grandson. The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 7, 2007 at 1:00 PM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Daryl Beamer and Rev. Oliver Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:30 until 1:00 pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
