Betty Sue Horton age 70 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at her home.

Betty was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on February 3, 1948 to George Washington and Sarah Lexie Rose Alley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Aloyad Eugene Horton and a daughter Kimberly Dawn Stoneman.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Roxanne and Doug Snider of Hinesville, Georgia; son and daughter-in-law Gary and Suzanne Horton of Kennesaw, Georgia; step-son and wife Doug and Beth Horton; son-in-law Tracy Stoneman; fifteen grandchildren;several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Isaac Quesenberry Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
