Betty Jean Wampler Crowder age 59 of Ivanhoe, Virginia passed away Wednesday October 18, 2006. She was born in Wythe County, Virginia on October 5, 1947 to the late John Henry and Mae Sexton Wampler. She is survived by her husband, Fairley Crowder of Ivanhoe, Va.; daughter, Annasena Crowder of Galax, Va.; sister, Mary (Nett) Waller of Cripple Creek, Va.; brother, David Wampler of Galax, Va.; sister-in-law, Glady Wampler of Greensboro, N.C.; two grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be held on Saturday October 21, 2006 at 2:00 PM in Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
