Betty Lou Carico Davis age 80 of Fries, Virginia passed away Wednesday evening at her home.

Mrs. Davis was born in Grayson County, Virginia on October 18, 1942 to Herman Warren and Katherine Lucille Funk Patton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband and father of the children Orville Steve Carico.

She is survived by her husband Greg Davis of Fries, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law Randy and Donna Carico; daughter and son-in-law Kim and Greg Bartlett; sister Elaine Parker; brother and sister-in-law Richard and Tammy Patton; cherished  granddaughter and husband Ann-Marie and Edward Morgan; numerous nieces and nephews; special sister in Christ Della Vaughan; loving pet and faithful companion Sophie .

The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in the Longview Methodist Church with Pastor David Long and Pastor Ally Ruch officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday form 10:00 AM until time for the service at the Longview Methodist Church.
