Betty Jane Bryant Primm, 61, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at the Grayson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Independence, Virginia. Betty was born August 13, 1948 in Carroll County, Virginia to Curtis & Mary Jane Felts Bryant.

She is survived by her husband: Ray John Primm of the home; three sisters-in-law and husband: Eva Ellis of Galax; Geraldine & Billy Gravley of Woodlawn; Clara Robinson of Hillsville; three brothers-in-law and wives: Archie & Lillie Primm of Barren Springs; Eugene & Frances Primm of Austinville and Roy Lee Primm of Galax. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends Thursday August 20, 2009 from 10:00 until 10:45 AM at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held following the visitation at 11:30 AM in the Myers Cemetery in Carroll County, Virginia with Brother Russell Payne officiating.
