Betty Ann Bartlett Burnette age 70 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at her home.
Betty was born on October 8, 1941 in Carroll County, Virginia to Arthur G. and Ocie Lineberry Bartlett.
She is survived by her husband Claude E. Burnett; daughter and son-in-law Donna and Tommy Arnold; sons and daughters-in-law Steve and Krista Burnette; Mark and Kathy Burnett; Brad and Michelle Burnett all of Galax, Virginia; brother A.G. Bartlett of Charlotte, North Carolina; sisters-in-law Betty Jo Grubb and Barbara Ann Thompson; 14 grandchildren; 4 1/2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Friday, January 20, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Cliffview Church of God with Rev. Ron Hill, Rev. John Grimm, Rev. Sam Bartlett and Pastor Jill Burcham officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from six until eight at the Cliffview Church of God.
