Bessie Lee Edwards' Obituary
Bessie Lee Edwards age 77 of Galax, Virginia passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 at her home.
Miss Edwards was born on August 5, 1938 in Carroll County, Virginia to Gilmer C. and Lena Nelson Edwards. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters and brothers-in-law Belva and Calvin Felts; Lillian and Charles Morris.
She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law Brenda and Donald Styers of Pfafftown, North Carolina; brothers and sister-in-law Guy O. and Betty Edwards of Woodlawn, Virginia; Bill G. Edwards of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Monday, November 16, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Crooked Creek Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Mack Taylor officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
