Bertha Mae Trimble Dixon age 91 of Fries, Virginia passed away Wednesday January 20, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Dixon was born on April 27, 1929 in Grayson County, Virginia to Daniel Martin and Bertha Jane Bartlett Trimble. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Vance "Bobby" Dixon; a sister Melba Bourne and two brothers Frank and Boyd Trimble.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law Patricia Dixon Hall and Dennis of Galax, Virginia; Teresa Dixon Tompkins and Billy of Ennice, North Carolina; son and daughter-in-law Bobby Dean Dixon and Gleasanna of Fries, Virginia; four grandchildren Katrina; Timothy; Miranda and Ashley; four great-grandchildren Lexi; Hannah; Mallie and Mason; sister-in-law Dorothy Dixon Cook; brother-in-law Clayton O. Dixon both of Fries, Virginia; special cousin Christine Anderson; special friend Pat Surratt.

A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in the Providence Cemetery with Evangelist Mike Sage officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the Gideons International, C/O Junior Anderson, P.O. Box 573, Fries, Virginia 24330.

Mask and social distancing will be required for the graveside service.
