Bernice J. Williams age 83 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday October 19, 2021 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Williams was born in Grayson County, Virginia on December 5, 1937 to Galord and Elsie Vaughan Moss. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George G. Williams; son Randy (Tubby) Williams of Fries, Virginia; a brother Herbert Moss of Maitland, Florida; sister and brother-in-law Louise and Tom Hill of Fries, Virginia.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Greg and Carol Williams of Baywood, Virginia; grand- daughters and husband Amy and Jeff Weatherholtz and their son Jett of Columbia, Maryland; Sharisse (Recie) and Phillip Tripplet and their sons Blake and Jouquin of Claremont, North Carolina; sister-in-law Janie Moss of Chuluota, Florida; several nieces and nephews.
