Barney Ellis Sizemore's Obituary
Barney Ellis Sizemore age 80 of Fries, Virginia passed away Sunday, May 2,2010 at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, North Carolina.
Mr. Sizemore was born on June 2, 1929 in Carroll County, Virginia to Earl & Flora Roberts Sizemore. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Pauline Lineberry and brothers Paul Sizemore and Clinton Sizemore.
He is survived by his wife Willie Parks Sizemore of Fries, Va.; sons & daughter-in-law Darrell Sizemore of Fries, Va.; Charles & Sara Sizemore of Galax, Va.; sisters & brothers-in-law Mella & Ray Hill; Vera Kirby all of Fries, Va.; Ileen & Gleason Eastridge of Woodlawn, Va.; grandchildren Brian Sizemore; Stacey Alderman; Josh Sizemore and Caleb Sizemore; great-grandchildren Macey Alderman; Hailey Alderman and Jackson Alderman; several nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 5,2010 at 11:00 am in Monta Vista Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Anders officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from seven until nine pm at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
