Barbara Anne Fowler Price

Barbara Anne Fowler Price, a beloved wife, sister, and aunt passed peacefully at her home on April 24, 2026, at the age of 78. She was born on April 7, 1948, in Concord, North Carolina.

Barbara was the cherished daughter of the late Robert Fowler and Betty Lousie Morgan Fowler.

In 1973, Barbara married the love of her life, Walter Scott Price. Together they built a life in Davidson, North Carolina filled with love, laughter, and shared adventures.

Barabara was a member at Williamson’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Mooresville, NC. Her dedication to charitable causes, particularly those supporting animal welfare was a reflection of her boundless compassion and love for all living creatures.

She earned her Masters Degree in Education and was an educator at Mooresville Middle School.

Barbara was survived by her husband Scott; sister Marian Banks (David) of Galax, Virginia; nieces, Kimberly Spencer (James)of Dobson, North Carolina and Kelly Bailey (Christopher) of Wake Forest, North Carolina; and great nieces, Madison Spencer, Chloe Bailey, and Lexi Bailey.

Barbara’s beautiful spirit and generous heart were evident in the way she lived her life. She will be remembered for her warmth, her smile, and the way she made people feel special and loved. Her life was a testament to the kindness and compassion she so freely shared with everyone she encountered.

A private ceremony at Williamson’s Chapel United Methodist Church will be held to honor Barbara’s life.
